Rewind Lay on Roller Retrofits

Advanced Engineering Systems has engineered rewind lay on rollers for flexible packaging, tag and label and folding carton machines. These include systems which can either be retrofitted to a rotating turret type rewind unit, or a simple single rewind stand. Our systems can be cantilevered or supported on both sides.
AES Engineers have had experience designing lay on roller systems to maximise machine speeds and maintain an accurate rewound reel.
AES has its own lay on roller equipment, capable of being custom designed into specific applications as well as having access to reputable suppliers of pneumatics and electrical systems. This enables us to incorporate the operation of the lay on roller into the existing machines operating system if required.
