Cold Rollers (Low Friction)

Advanced Engineering Systems has unique chill roller technology which allows for the transportation of the lightest substrate weights without the need to drive the chill roller. This has come from our years of experience, building printing machinery for the flexible packaging industry. AES engineers can retrofit this technology to most printing machines.

Additionally AES have engineered a solution to convert the current oscillating rollers on a standard Heidelberg MO offset printing press, to be operated as cold water oscillating rollers.
