System Upgrades and Retrofits
Advanced Engineering Systems can engineer
linear compensator registration systems, which increases or
decreases the web length between two registered points, alternatively
we can design phase shifting registration systems which utilise
servo drive technology or a simple mechanical gearbox to phase
shift the relationship of one registered point to another.
These include systems for the folding carton industry as well
as the flexible packaging and label industries.
AES Engineers have experience in designing registration systems
for print to print or print to cut applications and design
the systems to maximise machine speeds and reduce set up waste.
